We met up as a group Friday after our last lecture and sat round a table in a ‘Group Work’ room. We spit-balled ideas and points that we felt should be addressed in the brief and then areas of the Library we could research.
Designated jobs to each of us in the group:
Danielle: Look at Facilities
Will: Book Catergories
Jake: Questionnaire (externally)
Me: Questionnaire (internally)
Adreas: Begin to prepare presentation’s content
Andrei: Begin styling the presentation
Cameron: A regular head count of people in library [for example; at 10am ___ people, at 12 pm ____ people, 2 pm ______ people]
As well as this we decided that we would all write a rough brief, paste them all into the Facebook group I made for us and on Tuesday the 8th @ 6pm we will all find a computer and access Facebook for a discussion. We will point out what is good about each one of our presentation, what can be left out of them, perhaps improve of certain areas. Conclusively the plan is to build a, sort of, pick and mix brief using all our ideas and imput.
Let’s see how that plan turns out.
